Aiming High for Disabled Children
 
The main priority for the third year of the Short Breaks programme is to deliver an integrated approach to providing the support that is most needed to local areas. This is being focused on two connected work-streams:
  1. Achieving Full Service Offer by March 2011
  2. Achieving Lasting Change and Building Sustainability
