TDC is pleased to make available the Benchmarking and Planning tool which has been used over the last year by the ten DCATCH pilots. Their feedback has been used to revise the original version and we hope that you will find the tool and the related guidance of value in establishing your baseline and planning for improvement of access to child care for all disabled children.
